My journey through early stage breast cancer saved my life, it lead me on path to discover more of myself, to experience the ultimate relationship, an ever deepening love for myself and ultimately to live from my heart.
Who would have thought my greatest adversity gave me my greatest strength, it became the catalyst for an ever deepening sense of connection with myself, my family, friends, community and most of all doing what I love to do. My heart became the navigator of my life and has never let me down.
It doesn’t mean that life is a never ending circle of bliss bombs and joy, it does mean that when challenge and adversity happen I see it as an opportunity for growth, an opportunity to find new strengths and live a more expansive life.
When connecting with ourselves and following our heart
becomes the foundation on which we build our life a sense of freedom
exudes, and like the Phoenix rising from the ashes every challenge
becomes an opportunity for growth. Every relationship becomes an
opportunity to explore deeper aspects of our
selves, our careers and
passions are seen as experiences which push us to reach our souls potential. Every
earth shattering moment becomes an opportunity to set ourselves free and step beyond the misconceptions of our minds - so we can live our most expansive life.
From this place we become the lighthouse. Simultaneously radiating vulnerability and a strong sense of self love that gives others permission to do the same - to find the courage (meaning heart) to fully love themselves, the greatest gift one human can give to another.
