One of the most common challenges I find as do many clients and friends is balancing the busyness of life and eating well. Super food smoothies are a fantastic addition to any day, reports are coming in continuously about how much better people are feeling with this one simple addition. The have more nutrition than most meals, are quick to prepare, they travel easily and taste fantastic!
I'm finding my taste buds are tantalised and my body is hanging out each day for the super smoothies I currently start the day on.
Eating everyday food just doesn't float my boat anymore, whilst it fills the tummy it doesn't feel as lush or make me feel as alive as the hit I get from my super food affair.
Its easy to prepare, quick to make and changes the color of my day ... and the research is showing that eating this way can sometimes support the body to heal in a very quick time frame ...
I hasten to point out that one thing we tend to ignore when creating a change in diet which sees us losing weight and toning up is that our issues are held in out tissues. Its REALLY important to get EMOTIONAL support or learn techniques to help transform the emotions and feelings we have which we have tucked away in those extra fat cells so we can break any sabotaging behavior's we may have and sustain our new state of health and well being.
