Good Morning

Another beautiful winters day rises  Sydney town and the power of intention theme seems to be continuing and as I mentioned previously living with Intention has made a big difference in my life and in that of many people that I have worked with. Yet it’s often the last thing we focus on when life hits the wall... nor is it something we think of to use to heal not only our health but anything that is incongruent in our life; relationships, finances, self doubt, limiting beliefs and blocks you name it!

On Thursday whilst having breakfast I was listening to Lynne McTaggart.  Lynne researches the link between science and spirit and in this program she was talking about the intention experiment in which she ran regular groups who simply send healing through  intent to one or more of the people in the group to ‘be well and healthy in every way’.

Inspired as I was heading into Stepping Out that morning, where I am running the Unleash program for women who have been homeless with an abuse background I thought I’d pose the possibility to the group.

What if we ran our own Intention Experiment?

With a unanimous yes, excited we stepped into a circle, (the women invited all the staff to join-a breakthrough), we broke the no touch rule ‘as the women thought it would be more powerful to hold hands’ and set our intention together. As the energy gathered, waves of anxiety lifted, bodies rocked and one person described the experience like this....

‘Well there was this dude called Noah who had a boat, with lots of animals and then it rained heaps so he sent out flocks of birds to find land to no avail, then he sent out a single white dove and the dove came back with an olive branch and that’s what just happened for me, I found an olive branch’

What can I say but we intend to continue the Intention Experiment and the result was so beautiful I felt to build the power of intent and connection and expand the experiment with all of you.

It doesn’t matter where you are or when you have time....
